PAY RENT

OPTIONS FOR PAYING RENT

1. Securely by credit card or ACH withdrawal on the Resident Portal.

2. Pay by check or guaranteed funds in person or by drop box at one of TMG's locations.

Please note that rent is due on the 1st of the month, and is considered late on the 5th.

You may request non-urgent maintenance by logging into the Resident Portal.
